We are seeking a skilled and creative Video Podcast Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere, with experience in Adobe Photoshop being a valuable addition. This position requires expertise in editing 16x9, 1x1, 4x5, 9x16 social content, along with the ability to enhance videos by adding captions, pictures, b-roll, and other elements.

This full-time position entails working during US business hours, East or West Coast.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Record hosts' Zoom screens during podcast sessions.
• Download and upload footage to Frame for collaboration.
• Organize all footage in an easily accessible and digestible format for editing.
• Sync multiple Zoom recordings on Premiere timeline for seamless editing.
• Edit long-form podcast episodes, incorporating graphics package, b-roll, and other provided elements.
• Deliver the first cut of long-form podcast episodes at least 18 hours before the scheduled release to allow time for client feedback, revisions, and final export.
• Export full audio and video versions of podcast episodes.
• Create eye-catching thumbnails using provided templates and exported still frames from podcast recordings.
• Edit multiple social clips per episode in various formats such as 16x9, 1x1, 4x5, 9x16 optimized for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, etc.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Proven experience as a Social Editor with a strong portfolio showcasing 16x9, 1x1, 4x5, 9x16 social content.
• Highly proficient in Adobe Premiere; experience with Adobe Photoshop is a plus.
• Skilled in managing Zoom recordings and adept at configuring participants' devices for optimal setup. Capable of promptly troubleshooting any Zoom issues as they arise to maintain seamless recording sessions.
• Demonstrated ability to add captions, pictures, b-roll, and other elements to enhance video edits.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and design aesthetics.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements.
